By accessing our website or engaging our in-home care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Caring Comfort at Home Services operates in Alberta and adheres to applicable provincial standards for non-medical home care.
Caring Comfort at Home Services provides non-medical in-home care including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, respite care, dementia support, and overnight care. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, nursing services, or emergency response. All caregivers meet or exceed Alberta Health Care Aide training standards and best practices for non-medical support.
You must be 18 years or older (or have legal guardian consent) to engage our services or use our website for booking purposes.
We carefully match caregivers to clients based on needs, personality, and qualifications. We reserve the right to substitute caregivers when necessary for continuity of care.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, safety concerns, non-payment, or if care needs exceed our non-medical scope.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
